1. Use of Website & Services

By visiting this website or becoming a client of MRCC, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This applies regardless of whether you have taken any specific action to indicate acceptance.

2. Services & Pricing

By using our services, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the pricing, packages, and service scope listed on our website or discussed directly with us. MRCC reserves the right to update pricing or modify services at any time.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable once the first draft of your resume or other deliverables has been shared. This policy reflects the time invested in reviewing your information, consulting with you, and creating customised documents tailored to your goals.

4. Revisions & Timeline

Each service includes up to two rounds of revisions.

• Additional revisions beyond the second round may incur an extra charge or may not be accommodated.

• You must submit any revision requests within 7 working days of receiving your first draft.

• If no revisions are requested within this period, the document will be considered final and the project closed.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders placed outside of our working hours will be processed on the next working day.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

6. CV Template Selection

Our expert team selects the most appropriate resume/CV format based on your industry, role, and goals.
To maintain consistency and quality, template changes will not be accepted once a draft is in progress.

7. Scope of Services

MRCC provides career consulting, resume writing, and personal branding services. While we are committed to delivering impactful, professionally written documents, we do not guarantee job interviews or job placements. Your results depend on multiple external factors including market demand, job strategy, and personal effort.

8. Confidentiality

All client information shared with MRCC is kept strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal or professional information to any third party.

9. Policy Updates

MRCC may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
